The Enforcement Directorate (ED) summoned Jacqueline Fernandez on August 17,2024 for questioning in a money laundering case involving alleged conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar. She was grilled by ED(Enforcement Directorate) several times since then. Meanwhile several private photos of the Jacqueline with Sukesh surfaced on the internet added more fuel to the controversy.
Jacqueline Fernandez has not yet commented on this matter. However, her spokesperson released a statement saying that the actress is cooperating with the authorities and has provided all the information requested by them. The spokesperson also clarified that Fernandez is not an accused in the case and is only a witness.
