The story follows Stefanie (played by Kaitlyn Santa), a college student tormented by a recurring violent nightmare. Desperate for answers, she returns to her hometown, seeking help from someone who holds the key to a hidden secret—one that could save her family from Death’s grasp. Along the way, Stefanie uncovers shocking past incidents, revealing how members of her bloodline once managed to escape their doomed fate. But as she pieces together the truth, she soon realizes that Death never forgets, and its sinister forces are closer than ever.
The late Tony Todd returns as William Bludworth, the mysterious mortician who has appeared throughout the series. His involvement suggests a connection between Bloodlines and the original Final Destination. The film also stars Teo Briones, Richard Harmon, Owen Patrick Joyner, and Anna Lore, with Brec Bassinger in a key role.
