In a viral video, Sushmita Sen, stunning in a black shimmery dress and holding a trophy, is seen exiting the venue. As she steps outside, a fan approaches her for a selfie. Ever gracious, Sushmita happily obliges while Rohman Shawl waits patiently by her side.
Rohman then steps in, shielding Sushmita from the increasing crowd and ensuring she reaches her car safely. His protective gesture quickly caught the internet’s attention, earning widespread admiration.

In a recent conversation with Instant Bollywood, Sushmita Sen’s ex-boyfriend Rohman was asked about his relationship status with the Aarya actress. In response, he said, “Vo to 6 saal se hain na saath mein to abhi naya kya hai (we have been together for six years, so what is new about it?) We have always been friends and it will always remain that way. We share something special, toh vo dikhta hai (that is visible too).”
Sushmita Sen admits she has “no man in her life”
Interestingly, Sushmita recently announced on Rhea Chakraborty’s show Chapter 2 that she has “no man” in her life. She said, “As we sit here today, I don’t have a man in my life. I have been single for a while now. Three years, to be precise. I’m not even interested in anyone right now.”
She expressed her belief, stating that it feels “wonderful” to take a break from a relationship and that the longest she has been with someone was almost five years.
In December 2021, Sushmita announced that she and Rohman Shawl parted ways after three years of their relationship. The two had met after Rohman sent her a text on Instagram in 2018. Announcing the breakup, she had posted a picture of herself and Rohman on social media. Her post read, “We began as friends, we remain friends!!! The relationship was long over… the love remains!”
